Vanilla & Raspberry Cheesecake Bites

Method

  1. Blend biscuits to create a crumb.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the blended biscuits, cream cheese, vanilla Fuelled Whey Protein Powder, milk and vanilla extract to form a dough.
  3. Lastly, very carefully fold through fresh raspberries.
  4. Roll mixture into balls and place on a plate with baking paper. You will need to be quick with the rolling as the mixture is quite wet. Place the plate of rolled balls into the freezer to set.
  5. Melt white chocolate.
  6. Once the balls have set, remove from the freezer and carefully roll each ball into the melted white chocolate using a fork to coat. Place back onto the baking paper and back into the freezer to finish setting. Store balls in the fridge.
