Single Serve Chocolate Fudge Cakes

For the frosting:

  • 40g chocolate Fuelled Whey Protein Powder
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 60ml milk of choice
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a muffin tray (I personally love a non-stick silicone tray).
  2. In a large bowl combine sieved plain flour, chocolate Fuelled Whey Protein Powder, cocoa powder and salt.
  3. Add milk, greek yoghurt (make sure you use greek yoghurt with fat, not the fat free or low fat version) and maple syrup. Mix really well until a glossy and thick texture is created.
  4. Carefully spoon the mixture into your muffin tin (makes 8).
  5. Bake in the centre of the oven for 15 mins.
  6. Meanwhile create the topping by mixing together chocolate Fuelled Whey Protein Powder, cocoa powder, milk and maple syrup.
  7. Remove the cakes from the oven, top with your chocolate protein frosting and serve up with fresh raspberries.
