Single Serve Chocolate Fudge Cakes

Ingredients
- 80g plain flour
- 40g Chocolate Milkshake Fuelled Whey Protein Powder
- 50g cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100ml milk of choice
- 300g natural Greek yoghurt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 25g desiccated coconut
- 40g chocolate Fuelled Whey Protein Powder
- 10g cocoa powder
- 60ml milk of choice
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a muffin tray (I personally love a non-stick silicone tray).
- In a large bowl combine sieved plain flour, chocolate Fuelled Whey Protein Powder, cocoa powder and salt.
- Add milk, greek yoghurt (make sure you use greek yoghurt with fat, not the fat free or low fat version) and maple syrup. Mix really well until a glossy and thick texture is created.
- Carefully spoon the mixture into your muffin tin (makes 8).
- Bake in the centre of the oven for 15 mins.
- Meanwhile create the topping by mixing together chocolate Fuelled Whey Protein Powder, cocoa powder, milk and maple syrup.
- Remove the cakes from the oven, top with your chocolate protein frosting and serve up with fresh raspberries.
