Chocolate Orange Protein Balls

Makes 20 Balls

Ingredients 

  • 150g raw cashew nuts
  • 250g dates (pitted and soaked in boiling water)
  • 70g Chocolate Fuelled Plant Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Juice of 1 orange (10 tbsp)
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Blend together all ingredients until a dough consistency is formed.
  2. Roll into balls (weighing 30g each).
  3. Optional - coat in additional cocoa powder.
  4. Store in the fridge.
